Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive – Inside Sales to drive sales for Internet Leased Line, Broadband, and IT Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads through inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Maintain a steady sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell Internet Leased Line, Broadband, and IT Solutions to businesses.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide information on pricing, features, and benefits of the company’s offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

Sales Reporting & Market Insights:

  • Maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Keep track of competitor activities and market trends in IT sales and broadband solutions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong communication, negotiation, and cold calling skills.Ability to generate and nurture leads through telephonic and online channels.Knowledge of Internet Services, Broadband, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure solutions.
