Business Development Executive

Dehradun,

Required: 2–3 years

Reports To: Director of Sales/Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Required to make calls and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing.

· Follow up with the digital marketing team to create a proposal and customized documents.

· Have to achieve on Weekly and Monthly assigned business target

· Guide the internal Team

· Discuss and add new vertical

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client requirements and service offerings.

Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.

Negotiate and close business deals, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

Maintain an updated CRM with accurate tracking of leads, deals, and client communications.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the company.

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Knowledge of international business development is a must.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. And other tools like Zoom and Google Meet.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 

    IT, eLearning , Digital Marketing, Marketplace management

  • Knowledge 

    of international business development

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
