Job Description

Experience: [0To 3] Industry: Building Materials / Fenestration / Aluminium Windows Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and target potential clients in both B2B (builders, contractors, architects) and B2C (homeowners, property developers) segments. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Provide after-sales support and handle client queries efficiently. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and quotations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals profitably. 4. Coordination & Project Follow-Up Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, and installation teams) to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. Track ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction at every stage. 5. Marketing & Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project progress. Submit regular reports to management on sales activities and business opportunities. 7. Product Knowledge & Training Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in aluminium windows and façade solutions. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications. --- Key Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in construction or building materials Ability to understand architectural drawings and specifications (a plus) Self-motivated and target-driven Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/10/2025
