Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Research:

    Identify potential clients and build a strong target pipeline across industries.
  • Outreach & Engagement:

    Conduct cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to connect with decision-makers.
  • Requirement Gathering:

    Understand client challenges, marketing goals, and business objectives.
  • Proposal & Pitching:

    Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Client Meetings:

    Participate in client discussions and negotiations alongside senior sales managers.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and deal stages.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Work with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to refine pitches and solutions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education:

    Graduate in BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc, or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    2–4 years in business development, marketing, or sales (agency experience preferred).
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written English; confident in client interactions and presentations.
  • People Skills:

    Persuasive, empathetic, and relationship-driven.
  • Proactive Mindset:

    Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn.
  • Adaptability:

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms.


Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Bigin, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
