Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in user interface design, graphic design, and visual storytelling to join our creative team in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in visual design, user experience strategy, and experience in brand identity and digital asset creation.You will be responsible for executing and contributing to creative initiatives across websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and performance-driven user journeys.This role requires a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging the latest design and AI tools to craft user-centric experiences that stand out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-centered interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent brand standards.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design high-quality graphics and visual content for digital ads, social media, and internal branding.
  • Conduct UX research and apply user insights to improve design usability and engagement.
  • Use AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Uizard, etc., to support faster ideation.
  • Manage multiple design projects, maintain timelines, and ensure design consistency and quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers or interns as needed and help uphold creative standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or product design environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Uizard, Lovable, v0, etc.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding, and graphic design work.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and conversion-focused design.
  • Exposure to performance marketing and data-driven design decisions.
