Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will drive lead generation, build lasting 

client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support our sales 

pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently and has a 

basic understanding of IT services. 


Key Responsibilities

●Generate new business opportunities via cold outreach, social media, email 

campaigns, and networking 

●Understand client needs and propose relevant IT services and solutions 

●Maintain proactive communication and follow up with prospects 

●Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools 

●Work closely with the technical team on proposals, estimates, and scopes of 

work 

●Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs 

●Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business 

●Meet monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and closures 


Skills & Qualifications

●6 months to 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a 

similar role (preferably in IT services) 

●Strong communication and negotiation abilities 

 

●Basic understanding of software development services (web, mobile, SaaS, 

custom software) 

●Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals 

●Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment 

●Good command of English (spoken & written) 

●Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, or CRM platforms 

is a plus
