Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Research

• Conduct

  sector-specific research

  to identify trends, new technologies, innovations, funding opportunities, and partnership prospects.
• Analyze development sector opportunities (e.g., tenders, RFPs, EOIs) from government bodies, multilateral agencies, CSR funds, and donor organizations.
• Assist in drafting high-quality proposals, concept notes, and capability statements tailored to client or donor needs.
• Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and track BD documentation and timelines.

Project Exposure & Knowledge Development

• Support ongoing work across diverse

  government and non-government projects

  in climate, energy, agriculture, clean technology, and more.
• Participate in project-related research and documentation to develop a nuanced understanding of sectoral issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape proposal narratives and value propositions based on real-world needs and solutions.

Client & Partner Engagement

• Assist in relationship building with potential clients, donors, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on business leads.
• Represent the organization in client communications and proposal discussions when needed.

Corporate Communications

• Develop impactful company presentations, project profiles, and other marketing materials.
• Write and edit content for website, thought pieces, internal updates, and leadership communications.
• Support communication strategies to position Finovista as a credible, innovative player in the development ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Education-

• MBA or Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in
