Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Upto ₹18,000 per month (Based on Performance) + Performance-based incentives

Role Overview

We seek a results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in sales, lead conversion, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, digital marketing services, or agency business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships. This role demands strong negotiation skills, deep industry knowledge, and a hunger for sales success.


Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales & Lead GenerationConduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises) seeking digital marketing, SEO, or web development services.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • 2. Client Acquisition & Revenue GrowthClose deals by presenting tailored solutions (Meta Ads, SEO, Web Dev, Branding) that align with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on revenue-driven outcomes.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • 3. Market Intelligence & StrategyStay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand.
  • 4. Reporting & AccountabilityMaintain accurate sales records in sheets.
  • Submit weekly Daily & Weekly performance reports (calls, conversions, revenue).


Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✅ 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or agency business development.

✅ Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (must provide examples if shortlisted).

✅ Fluent in English & Malayalam (spoken/written) – essential for client communication.

✅ Strong understanding of:

  • Digital Marketing (Meta/Google Ads, SEO, SMM)
  • Web Development & Branding Services
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
