Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech

Location: Rajkot
Work Mode: On-site (Mon–Sat)
Experience: 5+ years in Education Sales / Sales Management
Compensation: ₹10 LPA (Fixed) + ₹5 LPA (Variable)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and maximize lead-to-enrollment conversions at the center.
  • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, providing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency and higher conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports & enrollment data, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with faculty, franchisees, and instructors to drive learner outcomes, referrals, and brand advocacy.
  • Act as a bridge between franchise partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5+ years of proven experience in education sales or related industries.
  • Strong sales leadership with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
