Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech sales and will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads into customers via telecalling. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and guide them about course offerings. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and suggest the right course solutions. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems accurately. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure a smooth sales process. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales or similar telesales roles. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets. Ability to handle objections and provide convincing answers.
