Freelance Tally and Financial Accounting Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Freelance Trainer for Financial Accounting with Tally to conduct engaging and effective training sessions for our learners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting principles, Tally ERP 9/Prime, and practical industry applications.
---Responsibilities:Deliver online or in-person training on Financial Accounting and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.Create or customize course materials, assignments, and practical exercises.Conduct interactive sessions, doubt-clearing, and real-time project-based learning.Track and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Prepare learners for real-world accounting tasks, internships, or job placements.Stay updated with industry trends, taxation changes, and software updates.---Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or working in Financial Accounting.Prior experience as a trainer (online/offline) preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify complex topics and ensure learner engagement.---Good to Have:Certification in Tally or Accounting.Experience with additional tools like MS Excel, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.Ability to train on Taxation, Payroll, or Financial Reporting.---Perks:Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work with a growing EdTech/Training company.Regular freelance projects and long-term collaboration possibility.Performance-based incentives and recognition.
