Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll represent Digitopia, our intelligent DOOH and retail media platform, and work with brands, media agencies, and retail partners to unlock innovative advertising opportunities. You’ll play a key role in identifying leads, building relationships, creating proposals, and driving revenue, while gaining exposure across sales strategy, client management, and digital media planning. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients: brands, agencies, and retail partners.
  • Conduct impactful product demos and presentations showcasing Digitopia’s capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, track conversions, and prepare regular business performance reports.
  • Represent Ebani Tech at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Stay up to date on DOOH, retail, and ad tech trends to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Comfort with data-driven insights, media metrics, and advertising terminology.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, media planning, or ad tech (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus).
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and pitches.
