About

Digiplustech is a fast-growing social media agency helping founders, coaches, and consultants build powerful personal brands. We craft high-performing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form video. Now we’re scaling our sales engine and looking for a sharp Business Development Executive to drive pipeline and revenue.


What You’ll Be Doing

→ Work directly under the supervision of the founder,

→ Research and build lead lists for founders, coaches, consultants, and SMBs in target markets

→ Run outreach across LinkedIn, cold email, and WhatsApp to book qualified meetings

→ Do discovery calls, identify pain points, and position Digiplustech’s services with clarity

→ Coordinate with strategy and delivery teams to shape proposals and pricing

→ Create and send proposals, follow up, and close deals with clean handoff to delivery

→ Maintain CRM hygiene, track pipeline stages, and report weekly on key metrics

→ Nurture warm leads and past clients for upsells, cross-sells, and referrals

→ Keep an eye on competitor offerings and market trends to refine pitches


Who We’re Looking For

→ 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in agencies, SaaS, or marketing services

→ Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach

→ Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and basic calling

→ Hands-on with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and simple proposal decks

→ Understanding of personal branding and social media marketing is a plus

→ Coachable, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast, feedback-heavy environment


Must have

→ Your own laptop

→ The candidate should be from Delhi NCR.
