What You’ll Be Doing

* Write engaging, hook-driven scripts for Instagram Reels (30–60 seconds)

* Turn raw ideas, briefs, or voice notes into crisp, scroll-stopping scripts

* Collaborate with graphic designers , video editors, and strategists to align tone, brand voice, and goals

* Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, and industry-specific content ideas

* Write with attention to pacing, storytelling, and retention to keep viewers engaged till the last second

* Pitch content angles or creative ideas based on the client’s niche

Who We’re Looking For

* Minimum 6 months of experience writing scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

* Strong grasp of hooks, structure, and storytelling especially for the founder/coach/consultant niche

* Can turn boring topics into binge-worthy content

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment

* Bonus: Experience in writing for edtech space or coaches.
