Job Description

About the Role

The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and expanding the customer base. This role combines sales strategy with relationship management in the premium jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and bulk buyers
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
Present jewelry collections and packages to potential corporate clients
Prepare quotations and negotiate favorable terms with clients
Coordinate with store team for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Track pipeline and report on business development metrics
Organize product demonstrations and client meetings
Identify trends and opportunities for jewelry gifting and bulk orders
Achieve assigned targets for new customer acquisition and revenue

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of B2C sales or business development experience
Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of jewelry products and retail sector
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Hindi and English fluency; Regional language proficiency preferred
