As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across non-IT domains. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those early in their careers who are passionate about people and hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job descriptions and sourcing requirements shared by senior team members or clientsSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referralsConduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate interviews between candidates and clientsMaintain and update candidate records in the internal databaseSupport the recruitment team with follow-ups and closuresLearn and grow in end-to-end recruitment through hands-on exposure and training

Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (preferably HR, Business, or Arts-related)0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or internships/projects in HRExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPassion for recruitment and helping people find the right jobsAbility to learn fast, multitask, and work in a target-driven environmentFamiliarity with job portals (like Naukri, Monster, etc.) is a plus.
