Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage job postings and candidate pipeline.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
What We're Looking For:
03 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Ability to work from the office in Chennai
