You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, develop partnerships, and help expand our presence in the market by driving sales and outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and close business for resume writing services through outbound and inbound effortsBuild partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and recruitment consultanciesManage and nurture a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with design and content teams to ensure client satisfaction and service qualityPrepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clientsTrack sales performance and prepare regular reports for managementExplore opportunities for cross-selling related career servicesKeep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs

RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)4 to 8 years of business development experience, preferably in services, education, or staffingStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage client relationships and close salesComfortable with CRM tools and digital outreach techniquesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
