Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager / Assistant Manager with strong experience in non-IT permanent hiring, especially from recruitment or staffing agencies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling clients independently, leading a team of recruiters, and contributing to business growth through account expansion or new client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Set up a recruitment team, lead and manage a team of recruiters handling multiple client mandates Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across varied industries Handle client communication from requirement gathering to final offer closures Monitor recruiter performance, train team members, and ensure quality sourcing pipelines Maintain client satisfaction through timely closures and proactive coordination Work with leadership to identify new business opportunities or expand existing accounts Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases to source quality candidates Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor hiring progress Participate in weekly review meetings and implement process improvements Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business, or any related discipline 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing firm Strong exposure to non-IT hiring (sales, admin, operations, marketing, HR, logistics, manufacturing, etc.) Experience in managing clients and mentoring a recruitment team Ability to prioritize requirements, handle pressure, and meet hiring deadlines Comfortable using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, and internal databases Basic experience or interest in client acquisition will be an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills
