Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve talent acquisition targets through proactive outbound and inbound strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles including Sales, Credit Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Collections, and more.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring mandates and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Drive recruitment efforts by designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
Releasing offers within TAT and ensuring compliance on capturing candidate details and documentation accurately on ATS.
Act as a consultant for new hires, aiding in on-boarding and addressing queries.
Foster strong employee relations and provide support to ensure a smooth post acquisition and onboarding process.
Engage with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and facilitate their growth within the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

6 to 8 years of TA experience with strong focus on leadership and senior level hiring, only from NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach
Experience dealing with business stakeholders and managing expectations
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
