Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager / Assistant Manager with strong experience in non-IT permanent hiring, especially from recruitment or staffing agencies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling clients independently, leading a team of recruiters, and contributing to business growth through account expansion or new client acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up a recruitment team, lead and manage a team of recruiters handling multiple client mandatesOwn and deliver end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across varied industriesHandle client communication from requirement gathering to final offer closuresMonitor recruiter performance, train team members, and ensure quality sourcing pipelinesMaintain client satisfaction through timely closures and proactive coordinationWork with leadership to identify new business opportunities or expand existing accountsUse job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases to source quality candidatesMaintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor hiring progressParticipate in weekly review meetings and implement process improvementsRequirementsGraduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business, or any related discipline5 to 10 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing firmStrong exposure to non-IT hiring (sales, admin, operations, marketing, HR, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)Experience in managing clients and mentoring a recruitment teamAbility to prioritize requirements, handle pressure, and meet hiring deadlinesComfortable using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, and internal databasesBasic experience or interest in client acquisition will be an added advantageStrong verbal and written communication skills
