Job Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting channel partners, as well as managing the onboarding of colleges, universities, and clients onto our platforms. You'll play a key role in driving our partner and client ecosystem forward.


Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners

-Manage end-to-end onboarding for colleges, universities, and institutional clients

-Ensure timely completion of KYC, agreements, and profile creation

-Deliver platform walkthroughs and training sessions (virtual & in-person)

-Share updated information on universities, courses, and marketing toolkits

-Provide ongoing support for queries related to admissions, commissions, and platform usage

-Maintain detailed records of onboarding and partner/client activity

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless setup and engagement

-Track and support partner performance to drive conversions


What We’re Looking For:


-Bachelor’s degree with 0–4 years of experience in sales, client onboarding, or partner/channel management

-Excellent communication and relationship management skills

-Knowledge of CRM systems 

-Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive

-Open to occasional travel for in-person partner or client engagement


Bonus Points For:

Experience in the -EdTech, SaaS, or higher education sector

-Understanding of the college/university admissions process in India

-Exposure to channel partner or institutional onboarding environments
