Job Summary:

The professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the real estate sector. This role involves generating leads and building client relationships through strategic partnerships and innovative business initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate segments.

·        Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and industry events.

·        Pitch real estate projects to clients, investors, and institutional buyers.

·        Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for prospective clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.

3. Market Research & Analysis

·        Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and new/upcoming real estate projects

·        Analyze data to develop strategic plans and outreach initiatives.

·        Assist in partnerships with strategic partners

5. Reporting & Documentation

·        Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, leads and market insights for management

  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads etc
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
  • Coordination with other internal and external departments as required


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate business development or similar roles with consultancy or contracting firms
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
