Role Overview:

Senior Interior Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications.
• Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors for design intent and site requirements.
• Review and update drawings based on feedback, site changes, and consultant inputs.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control across multiple projects.
• Conduct periodic site visits (if required) for measurement verification and implementation checks.
• Manage junior draughtsmen and guide their work when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
