Job Summary : The Site Engineer – will be responsible for supervising and monitoring on-site construction activities. This role ensures that the contractors adhere to the technical specifications, project drawings, and schedules. The Site Engineer will provide direct support to the Project Manager and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team. Key Responsibilities : · Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring they follow the approved designs and specifications · Monitor contractors' work to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. · Track project progress and report deviations to the Project Manager · Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues · Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation is up-to-date · Assist with testing, inspection, and quality assurance processes Requirements : · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering · Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within construction or PMC roles · Strong technical knowledge and ability to read construction drawings · Proficiency in MS Office · Fluent in English (Malayalam preferred) Show more Show less
