Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to lead and support the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural design knowledge, proficiency in BIM tools (especially Revit), and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models for all phases of design (concept to construction documentation). Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants through federated BIM models. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows. Participate in clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure the accuracy and constructability of BIM models.
