Job Summary : The Site Engineer – will be responsible for supervising and monitoring on-site construction activities. This role ensures that the contractors adhere to the technical specifications, project drawings, and schedules. The Site Engineer will provide direct support to the Project Manager and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to lead and support the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural design knowledge, proficiency in BIM tools (especially Revit), and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models for all phases of design (concept to construction documentation). Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants through federated BIM models. Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEPs), standards, and workflows. Participate in clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure the accuracy and constructability of BIM models. Create parametric families and maintain object libraries. Generate drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models. Stay up-to-date with BIM-related technologies and best practices. Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 3 to 5 years of Experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Rhino, Dynamo, or similar tools is a plus.
