Job Summary:

Documents Executive & Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
• Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
• Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
• Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.

2. Documentation Management

• Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
• Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
• Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol.
• Update and maintain document control logs.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
• Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.

4. Coordination

• Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.
