About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and creative Senior Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including architects, planners, engineers, and environmental consultants.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior staff and provide leadership in design development, technical detailing, and documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Oversee the preparation of design presentations, construction drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in stakeholder meetings, community consultations, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and sustainable design principles.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• 1012 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably with exposure to both public and private sector projects.
• Membership of Indian Society of Landscape Architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types, scales, and design innovation.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and/or Revit. GIS knowledge is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of planting design, grading, stormwater management, and sustainable site strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
