Senior Landscape Architect

Designation:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of landscape design projects from concept to execution, under direct guidance of the design lead.
• Contribute to both landscape-focused and architectural or multidisciplinary design projects as needed.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and presentation packages.
• Work with hardscape and softscape detailing, including planting schemes, material selection, levels, and landscape systems.
• Develop high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renders using tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
• Support project teams in site analysis, research, and sustainable design strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project integration.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedules, budget expectations, and studio standards.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture

  or a closely related field.

• 6-10 years of

  relevant professional experience in landscape and multidisciplinary design studios.
• Strong understanding of plant species, climate-responsive planting, and landscape materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Sound knowledge of landscape construction techniques, grading, and detailing.
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives and design presentations.
• Skilled in managing multiple project tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail.

Portfolio Requirement

• Must hold a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience in both hardscape and softscape design, 3D visualization, and presentation clarity across varied project typologies.
