Senior Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of architectural and urban projects, including waterfront development, street designs, campus landscapes, and designs for offices, residences, and institutions. **Responsibilities:** - Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings following HCP's design philosophy and standards. - Coordinate with internal teams within the office. - Communicate and collaborate with consultants, experts, and advisors to integrate their inputs into the project according to the design intent. - Conduct site visits to assess the site, review project progress, resolve landscape and horticulture-related issues, and ensure design adherence. - Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design concepts. - Ensure compliance with local landscaping regulations and norms. - Establish and maintain project timelines. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in architecture or urban design. - Master's degree in landscape design. **Experience:** - 4+ years of experience in Architecture, Urban Design, and Landscape Planning and Designing. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proficient in hand sketching. - Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and MS Office. - Strong graphical and presentation skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technology. - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. - Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities. - Effective time and priority management skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
