Senior Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including waterfront development, street designs, and landscape designs for campuses, offices, residences, and institutions. Responsibilities: - Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings in alignment with HCP's design philosophy and standards. - Coordinate with other teams within the office. - Collaborate with consultants, experts, and advisors to integrate their feedback into projects. - Conduct site visits to understand the site, assess project progress, resolve landscape and horticulture issues, and ensure design compliance. - Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design concepts. - Ensure compliance with local landscape regulations and norms. - Manage project timelines effectively. Education: - Bachelor's degree in architecture or urban design. - Master's degree in landscape design. Experience: - 4+ years of experience in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Planning, and Designing. Mandatory Skills: - Proficient in hand sketching. - Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and MS Office. - Strong graphical and presentation skills. - Familiarity with landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technology. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities. - Effective time and priority management. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
