Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through cold calling, online research, and outbound outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct personal meetings, online demos, or site visits to understand client needs.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities across multiple service verticals.

2. Requirement Mapping & Proposal Development

  • Gather client-specific requirements through consultative discussions.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure solution alignment with client expectations and industry needs.

3. Tender Management (Domestic & International)

  • Track and analyse relevant tenders from government and private sectors.
  • Handle end-to-end tender lifecycle including eligibility checks, documentation, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and submission.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for qualifying and participating in bids.

4. Sales Closure & Cross-Selling

  • Drive the complete sales cycle from opportunity to closure.
  • Negotiate commercials and finalize deals in line with company policies.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities post-closure for other divisions such as Training, Manpower, Audits, Software, and EHS Compliance.

5. Account Management & Client Servicing

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
  • Maintain client records and engagement details in CRM/database.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, and Hindi.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities.
  • Good grasping skills to understand technical services.
  • Strong computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM tools preferred.
  • Confident personality with customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required, including remote location visits.
