โข Identify and onboard scrap suppliers, aggregators, and dealers of lithium battery waste (modules, cells, packs, etc.)
โข Build strong relationships with battery recyclers, logistics partners, and industrial sellers
โข Lead negotiations and deal closures for battery scrap and black mass transactions
โข Support sourcing of extracted materials like lithium carbonate, cobalt sulfate, etc.
โข Ensure smooth coordination of logistics and documentation
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข Freshers with hustle, curiosity, and willingness to work on the ground
โข 1โ2 years of experience in scrap procurement, battery recycling, or B2B field sales
โข Strong negotiation and communication skills
โข Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed
โข Maintain accurate supplier data, pricing records, and transaction history in Excel/Google Sheets
โข Prepare MIS reports and supply dashboards as required by the core team
โข Prior experience in metals, recycling, or waste management is a plus
