Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our client base. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, Filed visit and lead 2.generation campaigns in domestic markets. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients 4.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. 5.Visit potential clients in assigned territory and pitch services effectively 6.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 7.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 8.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 9.Provide timely reports on filed activities, client feedback, and opportunities to management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in business development, sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
