Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our client base. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, Filed visit and lead 2.generation campaigns in domestic markets. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients 4.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. 5.Visit potential clients in assigned territory and pitch services effectively 6.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 7.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 8.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 9.Provide timely reports on filed activities, client feedback, and opportunities to management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Vouching of Payroll deductions of the employees. 2. Going through the selected portion of Income Tax Provisions and applying them. 3. Maintaining the confidential data provided by the clients in Excel sheet properly 4. Providing the assistance whenever needed. 5. Handling the grievances and quality control. 6. Ready to extend working hours as per the requirement of the work. 7. Calling the customers to collect all the data and documents required 8. Weekly Off 1. Monday to Saturday working 2. Sunday will be off. Regarding Leaves - 1. No personal leaves would be permitted during this period 2. Exception - Based on the university exams leaves would be provided only for the days of the exam. Stipend 1. Every intern would be eligible for INR 6000 TO 8000 as the stipend. 2. Leaves taken during this period for exams would be unpaid.
