Weโ€™re on the lookout for a Business Development Executive whoโ€™s not afraid to roll up their sleeves , get out in the field, and help build our battery waste supply chain from the ground up . Youโ€™ll be working directly with our core team , gaining exposure across operations, sourcing, partnerships, and market intelligence โ€” in a high-growth clean-tech startup environment. ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚'๐—น๐—น ๐——๐—ผ: โ€ข Identify and onboard scrap suppliers, aggregators, and dealers of lithium battery waste (modules, cells, packs, etc.) โ€ข Build strong relationships with battery recyclers, logistics partners, and industrial sellers โ€ข Lead negotiations and deal closures for battery scrap and black mass transactions โ€ข Support sourcing of extracted materials like lithium carbonate, cobalt sulfate, etc. โ€ข Ensure smooth coordination of logistics and documentation ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ช๐—ฒโ€™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ: โ€ข Freshers with hustle, curiosity, and willingness to work on the ground โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of experience in scrap procurement, battery recycling, or B2B field sales โ€ข Strong negotiation and communication skills โ€ข Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed โ€ข Maintain accurate supplier data, pricing records, and transaction history in Excel/Google Sheets โ€ข Prepare MIS reports and supply dashboards as required by the core team โ€ข Prior experience in metals, recycling, or waste management is a plus ๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐—–๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ฒ8? โ€ข Be part of Indiaโ€™s fastest-growing Recycling Enabler โ€ข Work on real sustainability goals โ€ข Competitive pay + growth opportunities + ESOP Interested?
