Job Description

The Role: We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 6 Months–2 years of experience who can take ownership of lead generation, client engagement, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should have a balanced skill set in business development, sales support, and back-end operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B and export sales within the industrial products sector. Key responsibilities: Generate leads and respond to inquiries via IndiaMART, TradeIndia , and other B2B platforms Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn , and other digital channels Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from our catalog Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and work toward deal closures Assist with export documentation and coordination (training will be provided) Maintain and update CRM/database and daily sales activity reports Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales coordination Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing and new client bases Support in basic operations tasks such as documentation, inventory follow-up, and vendor coordination Attend client meetings, trade fairs, or industry events when required Required qualification and skills: Graduate in any discipline ( BBA, B.Com, BA, BE preferred) 1–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or inside sales Good understanding of B2B sales and online platforms like IndiaMART or TradeIndia Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn new aspects of business operations Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about export sales and documentation  Working Days: 6 days Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Office : M K Industrial ,Narrottam Building, Kalupur Rd, Kapasia Bazar, Sakar Bazzar, Kalupur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380001 Show more Show less
