Better Builds is a leading provider of high-quality construction products and services, specializing in premium windows, doors, modular kitchens, and bespoke construction solutions. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive the sales of our product and service portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a passion for sales, responsible for the entire sales cycle—from generating leads and meeting clients on-site to preparing quotations and closing deals. This is a field-intensive role perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

     Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, site visits, and cold outreach.
  • Field Sales:

     Conduct regular on-site meetings with potential clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners.
  • Client Consultation:

     Understand client needs, provide expert advice on our products (windows, kitchens, doors, etc.) and services, and present solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product Demonstration:

     Effectively present and demonstrate our product range, highlighting features, benefits, and quality.
  • Quotation & Proposals:

     Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive quotations and proposals based on client specifications and measurements.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

     Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:

     Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting:

     Maintain a clear record of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

     1-4 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, hardware, paints, or interior design industry.
  • Education:

     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Other:

     Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license.
