About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role requires engaging with establishments and businesses in your local city to promote and sell our advertising and technology-driven services. The position is field-oriented and offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships, expand our market presence, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local establishments and present our advertising and service offerings.
  
• Generate new leads and follow up with potential clients.
  
• Support in client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.
  
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  

Requirements

• Education: Any degree (a degree in Marketing will be an added advantage).
  
• Computer Skills: Must be well-versed in general computer usage, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city.
  
• Prior sales or business development experience preferred (freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply).
