Job Description

We re now expanding our work with clients and are looking for a

Business Development Executive

who can help us grow our client partnerships and strengthen our presence in the design and product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with design-led teams across startups and enterprises.
Build relationships with design, product, and innovation leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
Collaborate with the leadership team to craft proposals and solutions that align with client goals.
Manage the entire business development cycle from outreach and discovery to proposal and closure.
Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline reports through CRM tools.
Represent ownpath Studios at events, communities, and client meetings.

Requirements

2 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles ideally in design, tech, or creative services.
Strong understanding of how agencies, studios, or service-based companies operate.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with consultative sales and long-term relationship management.
Self-starter who enjoys autonomy, learning, and working in an evolving environment.
Genuine curiosity about design, creativity, and how businesses build better experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience selling to design, product, or marketing teams.
Prior exposure to design or creative industries.
