Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development within the e-commerce industry and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive growth and build lasting partnerships. Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and gaps. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Pitch and onboard new clients to the platform while ensuring smooth integration. Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional campaigns. Product and Service Promotion: Educate potential clients on platform benefits, tools, and services. Demonstrate the value of e-commerce solutions to meet client needs. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on progress and challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development within the e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic analytics tools.
