Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth by acquiring new clients from international markets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a digital agency or IT/software company and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

This role is primarily focused on closing high-quality international clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in GCC, UK, USA, Canada, and other international markets
  • Actively engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing, software, or IT solutions offered by WebQ Media
  • Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and proposal discussions with potential clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, tech, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on global digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital agency, IT company, or software services firm
  • Proven experience in international sales or client acquisition
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — mandatory
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Confidence in handling international clients across different time zones
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services, SaaS, or IT solutions
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
