**Job Description:** As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and client management, especially within the IT sector. You will be responsible for efficiently managing multiple clients, demonstrating exceptional customer relations skills, and utilizing bidding portals and freelancing platforms effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business prospects. - Utilize various bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, among others, to generate leads. - Manage the complete business development lifecycle, including bidding, client onboarding, and negotiating project terms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. - Understand client project requirements and provide suitable work quotations, cost estimates, and project timelines. - Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to clients. - Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients. - Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Maintain an updated database of potential clients and track all interactions. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. - Familiarity with various bidding portals and freelancing platforms. - Basic understanding of IT services and solutions. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of sales and marketing with a drive for business expansion. - Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. - Resilience and adaptability in facing challenges within a competitive market. **Benefits:** - Paid time off **Schedule:** - Day shift **Language:** - Hindi (Preferred) *Work Location: In person*,
