Work closely with developers to integrate front-end designs with backend systems. Stay updated with latest web design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in web design/front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic knowledge). Hands-on experience with Figma to HTML conversion. Knowledge of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Understanding of UI/UX principles and design aesthetics. Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly design and web performance optimization. Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members. Good to Have : Knowledge of WordPress / Shopify theme integration. Experience with basic animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.). Understanding of basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
