Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Client Acquisition Location: Thane Job Objective: To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting recruitment solutions across industries. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Build a strong pipeline of prospects across sectors like IT, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc. Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service delivery coordination. Proposal & Negotiation Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and service agreements. Negotiate terms of business and close deals in alignment with company policies. Collaboration with Recruitment Team Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates. Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve sourcing strategies. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills Proven sales or BD experience Negotiation and closing abilities CRM and lead management proficiency Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (preferred) Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred 2–5 years of experience in business development.
