As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You’ll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, schedule meetings, and present our IT solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Sales Process Management: From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT services, software, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex IT solutions in a simple, clear, and effective way.
  • Positive Attitude: A self-starter with a can-do attitude, eager to take on challenges and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud, IT consulting, etc.) is a plus.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ready to work cross-functionally with different teams.
