Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: o Identify, generate, and qualify leads from India and overseas markets. o Approach photographers, studios, and production houses overseas to outsource their editing work to Priority Edit. o Connect with photographers in India to onboard them for outsourcing assignments and collaborations. • Onboarding & Relationship Management: o Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including presentations, service explanations, and negotiations. o Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Sales & Business Development: o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Explore and develop new market opportunities for both editing and outsourced photography services. o Collaborate with internal teams (operations and editing teams) to align client requirements with service delivery. • Market Research & Strategy: o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. o Contribute to developing sales strategies and outreach campaigns. • Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools. o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status. • Compliance & Confidentiality: o Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales protocols. o Mandatory signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before joining to ensure confidentiality of clients and business strategies. Qualifications & Skills Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in post-production, photography, creative services, outsourcing, or media industries. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.). • Willingness to travel across India and occasionally internationally, if required.
