Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving market. Preferred Qualifications: Working Experience in Environment, Waste management or Plastic Industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in lead generation tools and techniques.
