About the Role
We are looking for a motivated JavaScript Developer to join our team at CLIMETO in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of JavaScript (frontend & backend with Node.js), along with basic knowledge of Java. You will work on developing scalable web applications, APIs, and user interfaces. This role requires someone who can collaborate with the team but also take ownership and work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a desktop application using Electron + React
- Build and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Implement clean and intuitive UI components with strong attention to UX.

- Work with local storage (SQLite or similar) for application data

- Ensure secure packaging, code signing, and auto-update mechanisms

- Work with Node.js & Express.js to create backend services and REST APIs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation.

- Debug, test, and optimize applications for better performance.

- Collaborate with the team on shared modules and handle individual assignments with ownership.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript .

- Design and develop backend services using Node.js (NestJS/Express)

- Hands-on experience with Electron for cross-platform desktop apps

- Familiarity with authentication protocols and secure API design

- Create and manage Database schemas with strong relational integrity

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment

- Strong understanding of Core JavaScript, ES6+ features, HTML5, CSS3.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2)

- Hands-on knowledge of Node.js and backend development

- Write and maintain basic Python scripts to support backend and automation needs .

- Working knowledge of Python scripting

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned modules.

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend services

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Develop APIs for workflows, job management, and device communication

- Basic understanding of Java and OOP concepts

- Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

- Knowledge of application security and best practices .

Preferred Skills :

- Strong expertise in Node.js (NestJS/Express) and TypeScript

- Experience with Mongodb / PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, optimization)

- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.

- Backend development experience with Node.js / Express.js.

- Knowledge of Typescript for scalable application.

- Experience with Redis or message queues (nice to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
