Job role: Business Development Executive (Online Bidding & Lead Generation)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Budget: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

Gamma Stack, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Executive specializing in online bidding and lead generation to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, generating high-quality leads, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in digital platforms, and a results-driven mindset to excel in a competitive IT services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Generate high-quality leads by researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and crafting tailored proposals for IT and software services.
  • Create compelling bids and proposals that highlight Gamma Stack’s expertise and align with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients acquired through online platforms to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions and ensure accurate representation of services in bids.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets through effective bidding strategies and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and platform-specific requirements to optimize bidding success rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing online visibility and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bidding platform algorithms, and best practices to maximize outreach and conversions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or lead generation, with a focus on online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer.com).
  • Proven track record of successfully winning projects through online bidding and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting professional proposals and client interactions.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and bidding platform interfaces.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset to assess bidding trends and optimize strategies for higher win rates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the IT/software industry with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Familiarity with creating customized proposals and pitching to international clients.
  • Local candidates from Indore or those willing to relocate.
